Spirit Wear Made Simple
The RF Merch Store partners with RFISD campuses, clubs, teams, PTOs, and school organizations to offer custom spirit wear in one easy online store. Our goal is to make it simple for families to support multiple groups, shop for the whole family, and order everything in one place.
Instead of each organization managing separate order forms, payments, and product pickup, the merch store helps organize the process from start to finish.
Who Can Partner With Us?
This page is for RFISD-related groups such as campus programs, student organizations, PTOs, booster-style groups, class projects, spirit teams, and special school events.

How the Process Works
Your organization submits a spirit wear request with the product idea, design details, preferred colors, and timeline.
We help review the request, coordinate product setup, and add approved items to the RF Merch Store.
Families shop online, choose their size and options, and check out directly through the website.
Orders are sent for production, and pickup or delivery details are shared once items are ready.
After expenses and store operating fees, the remaining profit is tracked for the participating organization.
What We Help With
We can help with product setup, collection pages, basic flyers or graphics, online ordering, and order tracking. This helps keep the process organized and gives families one trusted place to shop for RF spirit wear.
What Your Organization Provides
Your organization will need to provide the design idea or approved artwork, preferred product options, deadline needs, and a main contact person. If the item is connected to a campus, club, team, or school event, approval may be needed before the product is added to the store.
If your organization already has a completed design, please submit the artwork file with your request. If a new design needs to be created or major edits are needed, a design fee may be added before the item is listed for sale.
Important Notes
Most items are made to order, so timelines matter. Please allow enough time for product setup, artwork approval, ordering, production, and pickup. Custom orders are final unless there is a printing or fulfillment error.
All products must be school-appropriate and connected to an approved RFISD campus, group, team, club, organization, or event. Additional fees may apply for custom design work, major artwork changes, or special product requests.
